Hurricane Island is committed to conducting scientific research that responds to community-driven questions.  We strive to serve local communities by identifying relevant questions and findings through applied research. Currently, we are investigating and demonstrating strategies for aquaculture and wild fishery research to directly improve local economies and environmental sustainability.
